Hi, I'm

Declan Curran.

I love helping businesses solve problems with data. Currently finishing a research Master's in Computer Science on climate downscaling — using ML to turn coarse climate model output into the kind of fine-grained forecasts you can actually plan around.

Off the clock: writing sci-fi short stories, chasing dark skies for landscape and astrophotography, and learning languages. Curious about anything where healthtech, climate, economics, AI, and human behaviour overlap.

Work & research

Climate downscaling, applied ML, and a few side projects.
